JOHNSON, Vt. – The Johnson State College volleyball team fell to Castleton University 3-0 in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) match on Saturday afternoon. Due to injury, the Badgers were forced to forfeit the match in the second set, and also forfeited their match against Green Mountain. The Badgers finish their season at 0-20 overall and 0-7 in the NAC.
Castleton built a 15-4 lead in the first set before the Badgers rallied off four points to pull the score to 15-8. The Spartans answered back with 10 straight points to take the first set 25-8
Castleton took a 13-4 lead early in the set before a Johnson injury forced the Badgers to forfeit the match.
