Johnson Golf opened their season at the SUNY Delhi Bronco Invitational led by Jack Senecal's collegiate-best 81. Senecal and Adiance Cheromiah tallied birdies on the course as the Badgers saw three go under 100 in a 10th place team finish.
SUMMARY
Returning from injury, Senecal wasted no time in proving recovery is going smoothly, as his score of 81 (+9) on the course led the Johnson Badgers in their season opener on Saturday. A birdie on hole two contributed to Senecal's front nine score of 40 followed with a consistent 41 back half. Joining Senecal in finding the hole one under par was teammate Cheromiah, who finished the day with a score of 86 (+14). Johnson's collective score of +86 placed them top ten as a team in the invitational's final standings.
