The Badgers followed homecoming weekend hosting the Lou Jarvis Invitational at Jay Peak Golf Club on Saturday, finishing fifth out of five teams with a team score of 370 (+82). Senior Jack Senecal led the way for Johnson with a composed round of 82 (+10).
SUMMARY
VTSU Johnson hosted the Lou Jarvis Invitational at Jay Peak GC, where Senecal opened strong with a front-nine 41, highlighted by a birdie on hole 8 and steady play throughout. Senecal matched his 41 on the back nine, finishing with a team-best 82.
Adiance Cheromiah followed with a 90 (+18), finishing strong with 41 on the back, including birdies on 16 and 18.
Darone Frierson posted a 93 (+21), carding a 52 on the front and a 41 on the back, with consistent play across the final stretch.
Aidan Briggs rounded out the team score with a 105 (+33), battling through a front nine 60 and finishing with a 45 on the back.
