Badgers Tennis returned to the court for opening weekend at Castleton, trailing the Spartans 7-0 at the conclusion. 

SUMMARY

The Badgers returned to action with Kali Wooster and Caitlyn Morey taking the #1 spot and Kristie Zator with Dahlia Maynard at the #2 in doubles, respectively. Though the Badgers tallied two games on the #2 court, the Spartans would take both matches and secure the doubles point.

Wooster led the Badgers in the singles rounds, battling to three game wins in her opening set on court one, followed by Morey taking one herself on court two. Ultimately, the Spartans would sweep the matches, claiming victory with a score of 7-0.

• Zator landed her first game wins (two) as a doubles pair (alongside Maynard)
