Badgers Tennis concluded their weekend play with a 7-0 loss to Husson University at home.
SUMMARY
Before Johnson took to the court, the women's team celebrated seniors Kali Wooster and Kristie Zator for their contributions to the program. Following acknowledgements from coaches, family, and friends, three doubles matches commenced. Wooster and Caitlyn Morey returned as doubles partners, with Abbie Hernandez and Jaylah Jones teaming up for the first time this season. While each pair fell 6-0, the duo of Kristie Zator and Kamryn Devero claimed one game in their doubles matchup as Husson secured the doubles point.
Jones led the Badgers in the single round points, claiming two games in her closing set on court four, followed by Wooster and Devero taking one each on courts one and four, respectively. The Eagles ultimately swept the matches to finish 7-0.
