JOHNSON, VT - The VTSU Johnson Women's Basketball team announces the addition of Jacque Oberg to the team roster for their 2025-26 season. Says Coach Eckman, "Jacque brings a strong inside presence for the Badgers to help fill the need for the Badgers this upcoming 25-26 season." The center/forward from Poultney, VT has been instrumental in her three years on the varsity roster, averaging 8.3 ppg and 6.7 rpg through her junior year. Coach Eckman continued to express his excitement about Oberg's future impact on both ends of the court, "Jacque runs the floor extremely well for a post player and will help the Badger transition offense. We'll be looking to Jacque to bring strength and a defensive presence in the middle of the paint for the Badgers defense."
